For guests arriving from farther away, we recommend the airports of Bolzano (1.5 hours), Munich (4 hours), Innsbruck (2 hours), Verona (3 hours), Milan (4 hours), and Venice (3 hours). Renting a car for added flexibility in the area or booking a private transfer are options. Shuttle service from Bolzano Airport is available and can be booked through Altabadia.org.

Badia Hill is located in Badia, in the heart of Val Badia. Several routes allow for easy access depending on your starting point. We recommend taking the Brenner Motorway to Brixen, then the Val Pusteria Road to San Lorenzo di Sebato, and following the signs to Val Badia. Alternatively, you can choose to cross the picturesque Dolomite passes, enjoying breathtaking views along the way.

There are train and bus connections from major Italian cities to South Tyrol. From Bolzano, you can take a train to Fortezza, then continue to San Lorenzo di Sebato and finally take a bus towards Val Badia. The bus stop is located on the main road (St. Daméz).

To enjoy peace of mind, we recommend buying insurance to protect yourself from any unforeseen events that could disrupt your vacation.

Badia Hill offers two charging stations so you can start every day with full energy. The charging service is available at the cost of 0,80 € / 1 kWh, contract capacity 22 kW. Please ask for the charging Chips at the Reception.

We love children, and we have two of our own. However, Badia Hill is designed for adults to relax and have fun. For this reason, we welcome families with kids from 12 years old. 
The sauna, being a nudist area, is not accessible to under 16s, and the pool can be used until 5 pm.

The requested room type may not always be available, but we will always do out best to accomodate your preferences.

Cancellations made up to 21 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 5% of the services booked.
Cancellations made within 20 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the services booked.
In the event of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees equal to 100% of the amount paid for the days booked and not enjoyed will be charged.

Dogs are also welcome to stay at Badia Hill (one per room), at an additional cost (food excluded) of 38,00 euros per day. You can find bowls and kennels in your room upon request.
Please note that they are not allowed in the Porcino Restaurant, Winebar and Wellness Center, but we will be happy to reserve a table for you in the bar area or on the terrace (during summer) where you can comfortably enjoy your dinner accompanied by your four-legged friend (always on a leash).
And should you need to entrust your dog to someone (to relax at the wellness center, or go on an excursion, without leaving him alone), here you will find the list of dogsitters in the area.
Guests are advised that we reserve the right to charge for any extra cleaning if it becomes necessary.

A deposit equal to 40% of the total booking is required, payable by bank transfer or credit card. 

Check-in is guaranteed from 2 pm onwards. In case of early arrival, please let us know so we try to prepare the room early. You can always have lunch in the meantime (at an extra cost). 

Check-in after 23:00 must be communicated in advance and have an extra cost of 70,00 euros. 

Check-out is scheduled by 10:30 am. Upon request and subjet to availability, you can use the wellness centre for 25€ per person or keep the room for 60% of the roomrate (check-out by 8pm)

The use of covered garage is free for all guests. 

Upon arrival, you will receive an AltoAdige Guest Pass per person. With this card, you can use all public transport in the region free of charge for 7 days from the first use. 

At Badia Hill, we do not offer a half-board menu, as we prefer our guests to choose each day based on their tastes and appetite, thanks to our three restaurants. The Ristorante Porcino is perfect for an evening dedicated to discovering dishes with innovative and refined pairings, while the Bistrot Badia Hill is the ideal place for those who enjoy sharing multiple courses, accompanied by excellent wine. Additionally, we offer traditional South Tyrolean dishes. Another new addition is our Stube, exclusively serving cheese fondue for a unique and convivial experience. We will do our best to meet all your wishes! We recommend reserving a table in advance.

We accept cash payments and credit cards from Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa. We do not accept checks. 

To support the development and maintenance of the area, a tourist tax of 3,80 € per person per night is payable directly at the property.

Upon request during booking, we are available to arrange a taxi from Bolzano/Fortezza or other cities and airports for you.

Our location is ideal for skiing, just 300 meters from the La Crusc facility. We offer a shuttle service to the lifts and a 10% discount at SkiTop for ski rental. Ski passes are available only at the lifts. We have a ski storage with heated private lockers for each room category.

Rooms Canederlo, Bosco, and Sauna Suite offer views of Sasso Santa Croce and Gardenaccia and the surrounding forests. Rooms are assigned based on availability, but you can secure a view of Sasso Santa Croce with a supplement of €25 per day per room.
