The Gourmet Restaurant Porcino takes its name from the prized porcini mushroom, a true delicacy of the Dolomites, celebrated for its rich flavor and natural rarity.
Just like the mushroom that inspires it, our restaurant is a place where quality, refinement, and meticulous attention to detail are always at the forefront.We are proud to announce that Ristorante Porcino has been awarded one Michelin star, a recognition that reflects our dedication to culinary excellence.

Ristorante Porcino will open on June 12th 2026, welcoming guests to experience a unique and sophisticated gastronomic journey.

Please note that the Porcino Restaurant menu is subject to seasonal changes, following the availability of ingredients and the chef’s inspiration, in order to always ensure the highest quality and freshness of our dishes.

Marco Verginer, chef and co-owner, together with Michaela Mair, sommelier and co-owner, brought their dream to life with Restaurant Porcino. Their passion and dedication are reflected in every dish and every glass of wine, offering an unforgettable gastronomic experience where creativity, regional identity, and authenticity come together in perfect harmony.

Our lounge is an elegant expression of contemporary design, carefully crafted down to the smallest detail to offer an atmosphere of refined comfort. In winter, the large panoramic windows frame the snow-covered landscape, creating a warm and evocative setting from which to admire the magic of snowfall. In summer, the view opens onto bright panoramas and enchanting sunsets, as the fading sunlight over the mountains creates truly unforgettable moments.

In addition to our two traditional tasting menus, we also offer a five-course vegetarian tasting menu, designed to showcase plant-based cuisine with the same care, technique, and balance that define our culinary philosophy. Each dish is crafted to highlight seasonal ingredients, flavor contrasts, and textures, providing a complete and harmonious experience even for those choosing a fully vegetarian journey.

Our sommelier and co-owner, Michaela Mair, guides guests in discovering the finest local and international wines, recommending the perfect pairing for every dish. Our wine cellar houses over 1,200 labels, including local and international wines as well as rare selections, historic bottles, and vintages. Thanks to direct collaborations with small producers, Michaela personally selects the best wines, always ensuring quality and authentic stories to share. At the heart of the experience is our Michelin-starred restaurant Porcino, where the chef’s dishes and Michaela’s wine selection come together, turning every meal into an unforgettable culinary and enological journey.

When making your reservation, please review our menu and let us know if you have any allergies so that we have time to formulate an experience that meets your needs.

It is not possible to request a vegan menu.

Dear Guests,

We wish to inform you that dinner in our restaurant is available exclusively through the selection of one of the two tasting menus, and not à la carte.

If you have any special requests or dietary requirements, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance so that we can do our best to accommodate your wishes.

For organizational reasons, we kindly ask groups to choose the same tasting menu. Of course, we will always do our best to accommodate your wishes.

We are also pleased to organize events and corporate dinners at our Ristorante Porcino, offering you a unique experience.

We like very much have our dinner on the terrace and we would be able to do it every day. At 1315m above the sea level, the view is simply breathtaking but at sunset the temperature is not so warm and dining outside is not so enjoyable. We will do our best to let you dine on the terrace during the warm evenings from June till August. Please try not to be so disappointed if sometimes it would not be possible. You can enjoy a glass of wine under the stars ;)  Anyway warm wollen blankets are waiting for you all year long.

Providing credit card details is mandatory to confirm the reservation and ensure high-quality service.

It is possible to cancel or reschedule your dinner at the Porcino restaurant until 12 noon the day before. Afterwards a cancellation fee of €100 per person will be charged.

Due to the open show kitchen, we ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the Restaurant Porcino.
