Yes, we have an infinity pool on the roof and a fantastic wellness area with a panoramic view of the Dolomites. Nevertheless, we are not a wellness hotel. We simply place far too much emphasis on our favourite topic: food and drink. This is because host Michaela is a passionate sommelier and chef Marco is a passionate cook. This is how the joint idea of the first food & boutique hotel in the Dolomites was born. Wellness is good, food is better!

A love story story 

Michaela and Marco met in a two-star Michelin restaurant in South Tyrol. Michaela worked in service, Marco in the kitchen. It quickly became clear to the two of them: "It's a match". And so they realised their joint dream in 2022: A new hotel in the middle of the mountains, where everything revolves around food and drink.
